We are a home building and renovation company offering a comprehensive and collaborative design/build process that draws out a client’s ideas and aspirations. OUR PROCESS

Consultation & Discovery

During an initial consultation, we will uncover your needs and wants as well as discuss costs, feasibility, and logistics. We want to make sure that we are, in fact, the best choice for your building or renovation project.

Initial Budget & Project Guidelines

An initial budget and first-cut scope of work is developed. Targets for pricing, schedule and outcomes are set so that everyone agrees and understands next steps.

Design

The design aspect is incredibly important as it not only provides you a visual of what the final space will look like, it also provides us the ability to accurately price and build while ensuring your project stays on schedule and on budget.

Logistical Planning

When designs are beginning to come to life, we coordinate site logistics with our trade partners and suppliers to ensure that committed schedules can be met and that internal inspections and assessments are completed. We make sure that any potential

roadblocks are reviewed and plans are made should anything arise during construction.

Project Costing

With our trade partners and our suppliers, we gather final costs through tendering and negotiation. A thorough review of their contractual agreements is completed to ensure you are getting

the best value.

Construction

We're off to the races! We are now in the construction phase. Your dedicated Project Manager will work with you throughout the project and make sure that communication is held to the highest standard.

Project Handover

At the completion of the project, we ensure that you fully understand all the components of the home as well as have record of all inspections, warranty guideline and manuals for any relevant items. A project handover meeting is held to ensure that you are well on your way to enjoying your new home!
